These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the QMT website and the purchase of products from Mahatejas Innovative Machinery India Pvt. Ltd. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to revise prices, specifications and availability without prior notice. Product images are representative; actual finish may vary marginally.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (online) or after verification of payment proof (QR/bank transfer). For manual payments, please email your payment screenshot with your order number to our payments email. Unverified orders may be cancelled after 7 days.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship pan-India. Dispatch timelines are typically 2–7 working days for in-stock items; bulk and OEM/ODM orders follow the agreed program schedule. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery.
Warranty & Returns
Products carry the warranty period stated on their product page against manufacturing defects. Warranty excludes damage from crashes, over-voltage, water ingress beyond rating, or improper installation. Contact support before returning any item; unauthorized returns are not accepted.
Bulk, OEM & ODM Programs
Volume programs are governed by separate written agreements including NDAs where applicable. Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for consequential losses arising from product use in end applications.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India with jurisdiction of courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
